Challenge:
This brand had previously struggled with agencies that failed to focus attention in the areas that actually mattered. Several key avenues needed a rethink, while others hadn’t been utilised at all. Meta, in particular, suffered from average creative, poor testing structure, over-segmented audiences, and the residual impact of multiple narrow-focused agencies applying cookie-cutter approaches.
Approach:
The brand came to us seeking full-service eCommerce support across Web Development, CRO, Paid Media (Google and Meta), and Email Marketing via Klaviyo — with the clear need for a more aligned execution. Our first priority was to strip back the fragmented setup and rebuild the foundations properly. We consolidated channels, simplified and rebuilt the testing framework, reset audience structure, and re-established a creative strategy designed for output, measurement, and scale. In parallel, we optimised the website to support conversion and restructured the paid media funnel to drive efficiency and sustainable profitability.
Results:
By putting the required focus into these key areas, taking a more analytical approach to media buying, and closely analysing the shopper journey, we were able to scale this brand to seven figures in under six months of partnership. The brand even surpassed its previous Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales figures in July — months ahead of peak trading. They continue to beat monthly sales targets month-on-month, and we’re now supporting their expansion into a new market.
