How we scaled Wildly from a market stall to $100K+ months in eCommerce revenue.

Wildly partnered with us in the early stages of their journey — transitioning from a small, local operation into a scalable eCommerce brand. At the time, online revenue sat at roughly $2K per month, with no clear acquisition engine, limited retention infrastructure, and no proven path to scale.

Our role was to build the foundations, unlock momentum, and then systematically scale what worked.

The Challenge

Wildly faced the classic early-stage growth constraints:

  • Minimal online revenue and inconsistent monthly performance
  • No established paid acquisition framework
  • Low brand awareness outside of local channels
  • Limited infrastructure to support repeat purchasing and scale
  • A need to grow without sacrificing product integrity or customer trust

The challenge wasn’t demand — it was building a system capable of turning demand into consistent, scalable revenue.

Our Approach

We took a long-term, systems-first approach to growth.

Our initial focus was establishing strong acquisition fundamentals across Meta and Google, ensuring paid traffic could be scaled predictably and profitably. From there, we layered in retention and lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo, allowing us to nurture repeat purchases, improve customer value, and stabilise monthly revenue.

As performance data matured, we shifted into optimisation and scale — refining creative, improving offer structures, introducing bundling strategies to lift AOV, and continuously tightening the connection between acquisition and retention. The objective was not short-term spikes, but durable, repeatable growth.

This approach created a clear inflection point toward the end of 2023, setting the foundation for sustained scale across the following years.

2023 (Baseline Year)

  • Sales: $72,088
  • Online revenue averaging ~$2K per month

2024 (Breakthrough Year)

  • Sales: $613,765 (+751% YoY)
  • Orders: 8,097 (+824% YoY)
  • Customers: 5,299 (+693% YoY)
  • Consistent $25K–$40K months early in the year
  • Broke into $67K–$83K months from July onwards

2025 (Acceleration & Optimisation)

  • Sales: $908,701 (+48% YoY)
  • Orders: 11,332
  • Customers: 6,541
  • Maintained strong $50K–$80K baseline months
  • Peaked at $113,417 in November — the brand’s biggest month ever

What This Represents

From 2023 to 2025, we helped Wildly grow:

  • 12.6× in revenue
  • 12.9× in total orders
  • From a sub-$100K annual business to a brand approaching $1M+ per year

Importantly, growth wasn’t driven by volume alone. Average order value increased over time through improved product mix, bundling, and lifecycle strategy — proving the model was strengthening, not just scaling.
