Challenge:

This brands acquisition strategy includes ad spend sitting at above $120K per month, however a the strategy in place lacked the attention that was required to manage this scale of ad-spend efficiently and profitably.

There were key areas that had been left unattended too, dated and fatigued. Creatives and copy had become irrelevant, ad-spend remained allocated to under-performing campaigns, and a lack of attention to acquisition costs.

Approach:

We addressed this new client with the high-touch approach it required. The entire strategy needed a rethink from end to end, especially when spending at this volume.

It is absolutely essential that your platforms are able to lean on each-other and create the multi-touch attribution paths required, especially to ensure you're efficiently maximising your ad-spend. We analysed what was working, identified the holes in the areas that weren't working, levelled up the creatives, went deeper with our audiences, identified the profitable areas of the original strategy and put in the hard yards.

After a complex and in-depth on-boarding, strategy restructuring and new approach to this clients acquisition, we transformed their overall strategy and increased the ROAS by 100% (in the first month of management!).
